What Inspires Your Designs?

I did several interviews over the last week and the one question that everyone asked me: "What inspires your designs?" Interior design trends, bright fabrics and bold prints are definitely a major source of inspiration for me. I spend a lot of time looking at home decor magazines. I probably devote more time to browsing home decor than I do looking through fashion magazines. Here are some of my favorite spaces that have inspired BrooklynThread designs:
