Healthy Kitchen Must Haves

Style at Home recommends these 10 kitchen items to help promote a healthy kitchen and healthy lifestyle. I promised myself that I would take bigger steps to being healthier. I've successfully stopped drinking coffee (after a 2-week withdrawal with terrible headaches, I finally feel great) and I make sure to dedicate time every day to pilates and/or yoga. My next step will be to make sure I have all of these 10 recommendations in my kitchen, with the except of the steam oven which is out of reach for me. I will instead add a juicer to my list.   1. I have all but the food scale. I much prefer to do my own measurements in terms of cups or tablespoons instead of weighing in grams. Good post, these are all very important! ^_^

  8. jo, i go back and forth on the coffee thing. i'm now drinking it again after being off of caffeine for a few months. same here... the withdrawal was painful.

    i've got most of the above except for that steamer oven. i love our juicer. should you get one, this is my fave... 4 carrots, 1 apple, 1 banana, chunk of ginger. all juiced. it just oozes health.
